User Agreement

1. General Terms and Conditions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) establishes the rules and procedures for using the SwapWatch website (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).

The user voluntarily and at their own risk follows external links.

 

4. Restrictions and prohibitions

6. Final provisions

The use of the Platform is voluntary and at the user's own risk.

The rights to all texts, graphic elements, logos, and other materials posted on the Platform belong to the respective copyright holders.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between the user and the Administration regarding the use of the Platform and supersedes all previous agreements, regardless of their form of expression.

 

7. Confidentiality and data

The Platform does not require mandatory registration and does not collect personal data from users, except for information that is automatically transmitted when using the site (IP address, browser data, cookies, and similar technical information).

10. Feedback

The User has the right to send suggestions, comments, or notifications related to the operation of the website to the Platform Administration through the communication channels available on the Platform.

The Administration reserves the right to consider such requests without any obligation to respond or take the proposed measures.
